In stainless steel 18/10 its lid is connected to the body with a hinge and has a closing system that keeps the heat and steam sealed so your recipes are super tasty.

Our CATAPLANAS range in uncoated stainless-steel heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, for phenomenal results. Made from stainless steel, with ergonomic handles and grips in the same material. The induction bottom is compatible with all heat sources, including induction hobs, ceramic hobs, gas and electric hobs.

Before first use
Wash the item with water, detergent and a soft sponge. Pour water into the pan and bring to the boil. Remove the water and grease it with cooking fat. Remove the excess.
We recommend that you occasionally repeat the procedure of greasing the item with cooking fat to prolong its non-stick effect.
Maintenance instructions:
Machine washable
Make sure that the heat source is no larger than the active base; this is especially important with induction hobs: if you use an inappropriately sized focus, there is a risk that the hob will not "recognise" the product.
Do not use metal utensils, we recommend using silicone utensils.
Do not place the empty item on the heat source
Avoid filling more than 2/3 of the capacity
Do not modify the product or replace parts
As soon as the machine finishes the wash cycle, it is recommended that all parts are immediately removed and cleaned.
Damage caused by incorrect or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or alterations to the product made by the end consumer are explicitly excluded from the guarantee. The inner coating may change colour due to natural wear and tear from use and the colour characteristics of some foods. This is not a defect and does not affect the functionality of the product.
