Maintenance instructions:
We recommend washing by hand (wok and frying oan). Other items in this collection are machine washable. As soon as the machine finishes the wash cycle, it is recommended that all parts are immediately removed and cleaned.
Make sure that the heat source is no larger than the active base; this is especially important with induction hobs: if you use an inappropriately sized focus, there is a risk that the hob will not "recognise" the product.
Do not use metal utensils, we recommend using silicone utensils.
Do not place the empty item on the heat source
Avoid filling more than 2/3 of the capacity
Do not modify the product or replace parts

Damage caused by incorrect or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or alterations to the product made by the end consumer are explicitly excluded from the guarantee. Our products are designed to last in your kitchen without losing quality. Your satisfaction is our goal. This product requires no additional maintenance beyond the above recommendations.
The inner coating may change colour due to natural wear and tear from use and the colour characteristics of some foods. This is not a defect and does not affect the functionality of the product.
